Rapid Inc. was established in 1974 and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Citadel Holdings Inc. whose other affiliates include Citadel Shipping Service Inc. which is the general agent of Hyundai Merchant Marine Co Ltd in the Philippines. With head office in Manila, Rapid Inc. has own branch/satellite offices in major Philippine outports, i.e. Cavite, Laguna, Subic, Clark, Cebu, and Davao.
