The company is a customs broker, licensed NVOCC, IATA certified, C-TPAT certified, AMS approved and a member of numerous other trade groups, and has ISO 9004-2 certification. Forwarding activities include a near-equal mix of import/export air and ocean, and domestic warehousing/distribution. IFF, Inc. prides itself in its multilingual staff, whose spoken languages include Mandarin, German, Spanish, French, Italian and English.
