The company is wholly owned by China Overseas Holding Limited, a subsidiary of China State Construction Engineering Corporation, construction conglomerate owned by the State Council in China. Today, we are one of China’s top 34 third party logistics companies chartered by the National Economy & Trade Commission, with operations in China, Hong Kong, the United States, Japan, Korea, Europe and other Asia countries.
