Machytková Sedlá?ek Vaca & Co., general commercial partnership, is the law firm which has been formed upon the mergence of Marina Machytková & Co., a law firm practising since 1993, based in Praha 1, and the law firm Sedlá?ek, Vaca & Co. Machytková Sedlá?ek Vaca & Co. has been existing in its current legal form since 16 May 2001. At the present the legal services are provided by nine lawyers, whereas three of them are partners and six lawyers operate as the associated lawyers, as well as by six junior lawyers and eight assistants. All the lawyers are members of the Czech Bar Chamber. The law firm Machytková, Sedlá?ek, Vaca & Co. is specialized in commercial, banking and civil law. All the firm’s associates have a wealth of experience in all significant areas of commercial, banking, civil, labour and competition law, including extensive experience in negotiating with state administration authorities, courts and counterparties.
