The Sea Transport Department consists of two units. Seatrans Unit runs with time chartered vessels two weekly feeder departures between M?ntyluoto and Hamburg. Timbertrans Unit operates with chartering of sawn timber. The Shipping Service Department operates as a representative of the owners in the ports of Pori. The department takes care of all tasks belonging to a port agent: information and services needed by the owners, officers, crew and shippers of the vessels estimated information needed by operational departments concerning vessels and cargo as well as time tables of the vessels writing and distribution of official documents required by pilot, customs, port officers and other sources We handle yearly about 700 vessels. The department of Port Services and Forwarding is responsible for stevedoring of timber, containers and general cargo, forwarding, field operations and land transports. Forwarding of export and import cargo Pre-carriage and connecting transports Terminal operations Storage Heavy lifts up to 200 tons Container depot and repairing of containers
