As a GSSA, it acts as the full commercial and operational arm of its airline partners in Nepal, managing cargo sales, reservations, customer relationships, regulatory compliance, and marketing, enabling airlines to maximise cargo revenue from Tribhuvan International Airport (KTM) without the cost and complexity of a direct office. Starlight Express became Nepal's first ISO 9001:2000 certified international freight forwarding company and was later recertified to ISO 9001:2015. Its partnership with Kales Airline Services, a leading global GSSA network with offices across Asia, the Americas, Europe, and the Middle East, brings global expertise, technology, and best practices to its Nepal operations.
