SEA Milan Airports manages Milano Malpensa and Milano Linate airports under the Agreement signed with ENAC, the Italian Civil Aviation Authority, in 2001. Within this system, Milano Malpensa Cargo is the leading cargo gateway in Southern Europe and Italy’s primary air freight hub, with a market share exceeding 60%. The cargo area includes over 100,000 sqm of first-line warehouses, equipped with advanced facilities capable of handling all types of goods, including special cargo such as pharmaceuticals, perishables, and dangerous goods. In 2025, Milano Malpensa handled more than 760,000 tonnes of cargo and approximately 25,000 cargo movements, confirming its role as a key logistics platform for global trade flows.
